SureForms Integration with MailPoet
This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with MailPoet at both the global and form levels.
Global Settings
Step 1: Access SureForms Settings
- From your WordPress dashboard, go to SureForms → Settings.
- Click the Integrations tab.

Step 2: Add MailPoet
- Click the Add Integration button.

- From the list of available integrations, select MailPoet. You can also use the search bar to find it quickly.

Step 3: Connect MailPoet
The MailPoet connection allows you to automatically add subscribers to your MailPoet lists using SureForms submissions.
To enable this integration:
- Ensure that the MailPoet plugin is installed and active on your WordPress website.
- Enable the toggle for: Add subscribers to MailPoet lists.

- Once the integration is connected successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message:
Integration configured successfully!

Form Settings
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
- Go to SureForms → Forms in your dashboard.
- Open the form where you want to use the MailPoet integration.
Step 2: Add MailPoet to the Form
- In the form editor, open the Integrations tab from the right-hand panel.
- Click Add Integration.
- Select MailPoet from the list of available global integrations.

Step 3: Configure MailPoet Integration
The MailPoet integration setup contains three tabs: Select, Configure, and Test.
1. Select Tab
Here you define the workflow details:
- Enter the Workflow Name (this is a required field).
- Choose an Action from the dropdown (this is also required).
Available Action:
- Add Subscriber
- Remove Subscriber from List
After selecting the action, click Continue.

2. Configure Tab
In this step, map your SureForms fields to the relevant MailPoet subscriber fields.
You can map fields such as:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Lists
- Send confirmation Email
You will also need to choose the MailPoet Lists where subscribers should be added.
Once all required fields are mapped, click Continue.

3. Test Tab
Click Test Workflow to verify the setup.
You’ll see a success message like: WordPress plugin workflow “MailPoet – Add Subscriber” tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.
This means the integration is connected and working correctly.
Finally, click Save Changes.

Your MailPoet Workflow has now been added successfully.

Integration Complete
Your form is now connected to MailPoet. Each time a user submits your form, the mapped data will automatically be sent to MailPoet, adding the user as a subscriber to your selected email list.
This makes it easy to build and grow your newsletter audience directly through SureForms.
