How to Duplicate a Form in SureForms
Duplicating a form in SureForms helps you quickly create a copy of an existing form with all its fields and settings. This is useful when you want to reuse a form without creating it from scratch.
Step 1: Go to All Forms
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to: SureForms → Forms
- This will open the list of all forms created on your site.

Step 2: Locate the Duplicate Option
In the forms list, hover over the form you want to copy. You will see a Duplicate button below the form name.

Step 3: Click on Duplicate
- Click on the Duplicate button.
- A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the duplication.

Step 4: Confirm Duplication
- Click on Duplicate in the pop-up.
- SureForms will now create a copy of the form with:
- The same fields
- All form settings
- The same form title with “(Copy)” added at the end
- The duplicated form will be saved as a Draft.

Step 5: Edit and Publish (Optional)
You can now open the duplicated form, make any changes if needed, and publish it when ready.
