Export Form Entries In SureForms

Exporting form entries in SureForms allows you to save your form responses as a CSV file.

This makes it easier for you to manage and analyze your form data outside WordPress. In this article, we’ll show you how to export the form entries from your SureForms dashboard easily.

Let’s get started.

Exporting Single Entries

To export only a single form entry for any of your forms:

  • Go to SureForms > Entries.
  • Select any one form entry by clicking the checkbox next to it. For example:
  • Select “Export” from the following dropdown and click on the “Apply” button.

The selected entry will be downloaded as a CSV file to your device. This file will contain the form responses made by the user at the time of form submission.

Exporting Multiple Entries from the Same Form

If you want to export multiple entries from the same form, here’s what you need to do:

  • Select the desired entries with the same form name. For example:
  • Select “Export” from the dropdown and click on “Apply”.

A CSV file containing the selected entries will be downloaded. The responses from users who submitted the same form will be organized together in the same CSV file.

Exporting Multiple Entries from Different Forms

To export multiple entries but from different forms:

  • Select desired entries from different forms. For example:
  • Select “Export” from the above dropdown and click “Apply”.

The entries from different forms will be downloaded as a ZIP file. After unzipping, you’ll find separate CSV files for each form. For example:

Note:

  • Entries from the same form will be grouped into one CSV file within the ZIP.
  • Entries from different forms will each have their own CSV file.

For example, we’ve selected entries from several different forms, including two entries from the same form, “Get a quote.”

When you export these entries, a ZIP file will be downloaded to your device.

After unzipping it, the entries from the “Get a quote” form (e.g., “Entry #9” and “Entry #3”) will be grouped together in the same CSV file. This helps you manage all your related entries data from the same form in one place.

Bulk Exporting All Form Entries

You can bulk export all your form entries by using any one of the following methods:

  1. Select “Export” from the dropdown and click on “Apply”.

This will download all the entries on your device as a ZIP file, even if you haven’t selected any checkbox.

You can also:

  1. Select the “ID” checkbox. This will select all the form entries in the “Entries” section.

Select “Export” from the above dropdown and click “Apply”.

Filtering and Exporting Entries for a Specific Form

When you have a lot of entries, filtering helps you quickly find and export the ones you need. To do this:

  • Select the desired form name from this dropdown and click “Filter”.
  • Then, select “Export” from the dropdown and click “Apply”.

This will download all the entries for the selected form name on your device as a CSV file.

Note: If you only want specific entries, check the boxes next to those entries before exporting.
