SureForms Integration with MailerPress
This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with MailPress at both the global and form levels.
Global Settings
Step 1: Access SureForms Settings
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
- Click on the Integrations tab.

Step 2: Add MailPress
- Click the Add Integration button.

- From the list of available integrations, select MailPress.

You can also use the search bar to find it quickly.
Step 3: Connect MailPress
The MailPress integration allows you to manage your email contacts and mailing lists directly from SureForms submissions.
To enable this integration:
- Ensure the MailPress plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress website.

- Enable the toggle to connect MailPress.

Once the integration is connected successfully, you’ll see the confirmation message: Integration configured successfully!
MailPress will now appear in the list of global integrations.

Form Settings
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
- Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the form where you want to integrate MailPress.
Step 2: Add MailPress to the Form
- Open the Integrations tab from the dropdown options.

- Click Add Integration.

- Select MailPress from the list of available global integrations.

Step 3: Configure MailPress Integration
The MailPress integration setup includes three tabs:
Select, Configure, and Test.
1. Select Tab
In this step, provide the workflow details:
- Workflow Name – Required
- Action – Required

Available actions include:
- Add / Update Contact
- Delete Contact
- Remove Contact from Lists

After selecting the desired action, click Continue.
2. Configure Tab
Configure the integration based on the selected action.
Create / Update Contact
- Map the Email field (required).
- Optionally map:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Other available MailPress fields
- Select one or more MailPress Lists where the contact should be added or updated.
If the contact already exists, it will be updated. Otherwise, a new contact will be created.

3. Test Tab
- Click Test Workflow to verify your setup.

- You’ll see a success message such as:
WordPress plugin workflow “MailPress – Add / Update Contact” tested successfully!
This confirms that the integration is working correctly.
- Click Save Changes to complete the setup.

Integration Complete
Your form is now successfully connected to MailPress.
Based on the selected action, each form submission will automatically:
- Create or update a contact
- Remove a contact from selected mailing lists
- Delete an existing contact
This enables seamless email list and contact management in MailPress using SureForms.
