Checkbox

The Checkbox field in SureForms lets users select one or more options from a list. It’s useful for questions where multiple answers are allowed, like selecting interests or agreeing to terms.

Key Attributes

• Required:
  Ensure users must fill in this field before submitting the form.
• Validate as Unique:
  Validate as Unique checks if the value entered in the field has already been used. This helps prevent duplicate entries.
• Checked by Default:
  Checked by Default means the checkbox will already be selected when the form loads. This helps suggest a preferred or commonly chosen option to users.
• Help Text:
  Help Text is a message you can show below the Checkbox field to guide users.
