Displaying Forms on A WordPress Page/Post Using Bricks Builder

SureForms lets you embed and display the forms you’ve created on your WordPress site using Bricks Builder. You can easily add forms to different to any WordPress page or a post.

For example, you can use SureForms to create a contact form on your “Contact Us” page, a feedback form on a blog post, or a registration form for an event.

This guide will show you how to embed and display SureForms forms on your site using Bricks Builder. Let’s get started!

Note: Make sure you install SureForms and Bricks Builder on your WordPress site before proceeding.

Embedding SureForms Forms on a WordPress Page/Post With Bricks Builder

To embed a form using the Bricks Builder, log in to your WordPress dashboard and follow these steps:

  • Go to any page/post where you want to embed a SureForms form.
  • Click the “Edit With Bricks” button inside the editor, as shown here.
  • From the left side, search for the “SureForms” element and add/drag it to your canvas.
  • Select the newly added SureForms element to access the form selection dropdown on the left.
  • From the dropdown, select the form you want to embed on this WordPress page/post.

Note: Ensure you’ve already created and published a form to see it on this dropdown.

  • To display your form title, enable the “Show Form Title” option.

Click on the Save button at the top right to apply these changes.

And that’s it! Your form should now be displayed on the page. Preview it on the front end to make sure everything looks correct.
